How we handle what you send us.

iSkale Media is the media arm of iSkale Group FZ LLC, licence 20430/2026, Creative City Fujairah Media Free Zone, Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. We work from Dubai. For anything in this notice, write to info@iskalegroup.com.

When you send the form on the 30-day plan page, we receive your name, your company, your email, where you post today, your monthly budget and what you want to happen. When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send.

When you visit, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, your browser and the pages you asked for, so the site stays up and safe. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

To reply to you, to prepare your plan and, if we work together, to run the work. Technical logs are used to keep the site running and to stop abuse. We never sell your details and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Vercel hosts the site. Resend delivers the form to our inbox. Google Workspace runs our email. Each of them handles your details only to provide that service to us. Their servers are mostly outside the UAE, in the United States and Europe, so your details are processed there.

Enquiries stay in our inbox while we are talking or working together, and after that for as long as the law asks us to keep business records. If you would like yours deleted sooner, tell us and we will do it where we are allowed to. Hosting logs are kept by Vercel for a short period and then removed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@iskalegroup.com and we will answer, usually within a few working days.

If how we handle your details changes, this page changes with it. The date below says when.
